The resistance of the Avior R exercise bike is electro-magnetic, adjustable via the buttons on the console, on 16 different effort levels.

The Kettler Avior R Recumbent Exercise Bike is equipped with a console with a large backlit LCD display, which displays time, distance, speed, calories, RPM and pulse. The pulse is detected using Hand Pulse palm sensors and, for more accurate detection, via the Polar T34 heart rate monitor (optional).

The Kettler Avior R has 12 preset programs in memory, 1 HRC Training, 4 User Programs and the free manual program.


The seat is soft and anatomical, adjustable via an inclined track to adapt to users of various heights.

The structure of the Avior R Recumbent exercise bike is very robust (approximately 50 kg) and compact at the same time, it can support a user weighing 130 kg
