The Next Generation vibrating platform is also a perfect tool for home fitness, to meet the needs of both athletes who wish to integrate traditional training with this gentler technique, and for those who do not have the time or desire to engage in strenuous physical exercises .

Usually associated with the concept of aesthetics, the vibrating platform actually proves to be a very useful tool for fitness since by exploiting vibration, an upward and downward movement with a certain frequency and acceleration, it manages to achieve optimal results with a low impact on joints.

Featuring a specific high-voltage, steel-reinforced carbon platform, the Nex Generation features a next-generation 90 - 260 V AC, 50/60 Hz AC motor   and a rated power output: 0.35kW (operating) .

The vibration plate transmits t re-planar vibrations, mainly vertical, 25-50 times per second , offering a wide frequency range, between 25 and 50 Hz, in 1Hz increments.

Equipped with an LCD console with display that shows all training information.

This vibration platform (base + column) is supplied with: instruction and assembly manual, a shaped mat, 2 hand straps.
